A small idea, shared with neighbours.
PalmGive started in a group chat. Someone was moving out and had a working washing machine to give away. Someone else, two streets over, needed one. We thought: there should be an easier way.
Today, PalmGive is a small volunteer-run platform helping people share the things we no longer need. Nothing is sold. Nothing goes to landfill that could still be useful. It's just neighbours, being kind.
Our Mission
Our mission is to connect generosity with genuine need by providing clothing, baby essentials, household items and other everyday necessities completely free of charge.
We believe that every item still has value, every act of kindness matters and everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.
Through the support of our community, we aim to reduce waste, ease financial pressure on families and individuals, and create a culture where giving becomes a way of life.

Meet the Founder
Hello, and welcome.
My name is Adenike Onayade, and I founded this organisation because I believe that kindness should never go to waste.
The idea began in my own home. Like many people, I had clothing, baby items and household essentials that were still in excellent condition but were no longer being used. I couldn't ignore the thought that while these items sat unused, there were individuals and families who could truly benefit from them.
I've always enjoyed giving without expecting anything in return. For as long as I can remember, I've wanted to make a positive impact in my community and beyond. I just didn't know exactly how that dream would take shape.
One day, I decided to stop waiting for the perfect moment and simply begin with what I already had.
What started as a desire to give away my own items has grown into a vision for a community where people freely share what they no longer need so that others can benefit. My hope is to build a trusted platform where generosity becomes a bridge between those who have and those who need.
As someone who has experienced the importance of community support, I understand that a single act of kindness can bring hope, restore dignity and remind someone that they are not alone.
